Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage
We use Adobe Marketo Engage to drive perpetual Marketing for our organization. We are a large organization with a lot of SKUs and personas. Adobe Marketo Engage helps us personalize the journey for people from different personas based on their firmographics and interests. We have more than 1.5 M active records in our database and Adobe Marketo Engage helps in managing marketing to those and at the same time ensuring all the Marketing insights gets synced to our Sales platform, i.e., Salesforce as well. We do a lot of complex nurture, email send programs, and event programs for driving our organization's marketing and Adobe Marketo Engage helps very well in all our use-cases.

We do a lot of inbound and outbound marketing using Adobe Marketo Engage. We have nurture setup for prospects based on their interests, firmographics, and buyer stages. Adobe Marketo Engage allows us to create separate life cycle journeys and scoring for prospects and customers which is great as we have really different stages and journeys for customers and prospects. These scalability features allow us build highly customized workflows for people in our databse.
Adobe Marketo Engage has an outstanding ability to customize everything; right from setting up custom fields, custom activities, custom objects, API integrations, etc. makes Adobe Marketo Engage stand out from the crowd. Adobe Marketo Engage has a lot of add-on features like - Dynamic Chat, Web personalization, Dynamic Content, etc. some of which comes at an additional cost, but are worth it given that you have got a proper use case for them. Sunc sort of customizability and flexibility isn't always available in the other platforms that I've worked upon/considered.
