Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage

We use Marketo mainly for a broad range of marketing automation. We used it to build several nurturing streams to nurture people who completed soft conversion on the website. We also use Marketo for all our web forms, follow-up flows and programs for that kind of tasks. We use reports and analytics sometimes.

The goal of using Marketo for us is to engage with our audience in the best way possible before they need our services. We do this by giving them interesting content in the form of whitepapers, downloads, infographics. Through Marketo we nurture them and in the end this is increasing our revenue. On the other hand we use Marketo for all customers service requests but only to forward the contact forms and manage the follow up.

Marketo is very suitable if you would like to design your own marketing automation programs to interact with you audience in the most personal way. You can really go all in on customization, but keep in mind that this requires marketing efforts. You really need different types of content for each persona if you want to do it the right way. In comparison to other tools Marketo is very detailed.
