We used Marketo as our marketing automation tool to route leads, send emails as well as integrate with AEM Adobe Experience Manager for forms

- Development of email templates could use work it's more manual vs templetozed than I would prefer
- Marketo is a great tool and helped to streamline workflows across multiple businesses. With an economy of scale othe business utilized the experience and created greater ROI

We are trying to reach higher engagement with our customers and return business through cross sell opportunitties
Not even clise Marketo is such a better tool. Forms alone. In Marketo you could set one form with an ID and market could use the referring URL as attribution SFMC forces us to remake each and every form for proper attribution. As simple changes need to roll out the level of effort is too much
