Overall Satisfaction with Adobe PhotoShop

We use Adobe PhotoShop to edit photos and teach students how to use Adobe PhotoShop in our educational institution. Adobe PhotoShop is used from 2d concept artwork to photo editing for social media promotions. Without Adobe PhotoShop, we would not have a reliable image editing software that is capable of the workload we put towards it.

  • UI/UX with generative AI solutions can be improved
  • Deeper integration with the creative cloud
  • Difficult to use some of the menus on MacOS
  • Adobe PhotoShop nets us more intake because of the improved look of marketing material
  • Adobe PhotoShop allows us to create images to place around the office to create a healthier environement
  • Adobe PhotoShop allows us to have more outreach with industries
Adobe PhotoShop is the industry leading image editing software and without it many other competitors would fail to have some of the necessary features that Adobe PhotoShop provides, creating a baseline for all creative image editing software. Adobe PhotoShop has the best performance out of all the competition and when comparing other software of distant similar capabilities.
Krita has been open-source and around for a while, though lacks many of the key features that Adobe PhotoShop has as standard and the easy usability. Krita lacks UX friendliness often leading to greater confusion when trying to learn the software. Krita has not been in development for as long as Adobe PhotoShop, therefore making it less reliable.

Adobe PhotoShop has been used in all platforms of marketing material for us. Anywhere from posting onto meta advert platforms to google sponsorships with images, Adobe PhotoShop has been the go to software to create the promotional material. Adobe PhotoShop would be less appropriate for us if we required very basic levels of image editing.
