AEP RTCDP helps us to unify the customer data that is coming from various sources to create a comprehensive 360 degree customer profiles.
Some Business Problems are Real-Time Personalization, Segmentation based on business use case, Journey Orchestration (ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints), Data fragmentation, reduce churn. Scope of use case are Personalization, Cross channel marketing, profile enrichment





Pros

  • Data Fragmentation: Now a days enormous data are available but its in a scattered across different systems. So, AEP helps to unify this data to create a single view of the customer profile
  • Segmentation: AEP helps to create a precise audience based on the business use case. It also provides and supported some advanced segmentation capabilities which help business to target the accurate audience
  • Data Privacy: AEP ensures that customer data is handled with data privacy regulations using data usage labels and marketing actions

Cons

  • Multi-shared devices
  • Unlinked identity graph
  • Now a days sees a lot of issues on incorrect profile qualified in segmentation
  • Need to implement more data privacy on dataset export
  • Productivity Increased
  • Cost Saving
