Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance
We use it for Garnishment Files, Stopping payments, and Withholding Taxes. It is being used by the payroll department. I see no problems because it can be used by all that we have set up. We used a fax machine prior to this, and now we have immediate verification when an item is voided. I have access to garnishments when they come in from other areas.
Pros
- Void checks & deposits
- New garnishment uploaded
- Transfer files between ADP & SAP.
Cons
- Items not processed - i have to go looking for them. Maybe a download report with those items.
- Easy to delete and add access
- Garnishment files easily downloaded, but if a file doesn't download correctly, I have to contact someone to put it back out there. Maybe have files already downloaded available for 30 days.
