Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance
We use ADP for Tax Filing, and with the usage of SmartCompliance, it is necessary. Currently, the department/function I manage is using it. It addresses problems associated with not knowing what the status of filings are, issues with file integrations, and agency notices. It also allows for easy amendments, updates to jurisdictions, and unemployment. Prior to using SmartCompliance, everything was done manually, with major delays in getting information from agencies directly, filing amendments manually (Yuck!) and or waiting for representatives to help with inquiries. Everything really is at your fingertips.

- Allows for easy uploads of agency notices with updates, and notifications if you need to do something.
- Allows for easy uploads of files, in the event of amendments.
- Allows for online exception resolution for the quarter and periodic files.
- More flexibility with state jurisdiction set up-sometimes all of the information is not readily available
