Smart compliance, the name's too much compare to its efficiency.

ADP SmartCompliance was used in our payroll department until December, 2018. It was mainly used for stopping payment for checks, deleting direct deposits, requesting check copies, generating payroll ledger reports and uploading tax issues. It was an excellent module for tracking employees who claim they didn't receive a check, making a financial report and following up with unresolved tax issues with its convenient interface and modern design. However, the fee was quite expensive for stopping payment and deleting direct deposits (I suppose the fee was priced depending on the banking) and moreover tax issues were not promptly responded/addressed even after uploading.
