Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance
Tax resolution and filing. We use it to file all of our taxes, but also to resolve tax issues from federal, state, and local jurisdictions. The ability to load agency notices directly to their website is a useful tool. We use the ADP tax locator to research what local and state taxes apply to an employee. ADP SmartCompliance is a great return on investment because they assist with filing taxes, along with their registration services for setting up new tax jurisdictions for us where we have not filed before.
