Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance
After purchasing Workday for our in house payroll, we learned that Workday could not handle the reporting needed for our quarterly and annual tax filing. ADP tax now files our payroll taxes.

- There are a lot of reports available
- It can be difficult to find the reports you are looking for.
- When using the excel downloads on reports, it would be better if they were easier to work with. Too many page breaks and headers makes it difficult to sort through large files to narrow information.
