ADP SmartCompliance is used daily to upload and respond to tax notices. To fund the ADP Wisely Card. Review Invoices & Funding for credits owed to employees. Upload and respond to Garnishments and the newly added feature Medical Documents.
- The ease of uploading documents for garnishments
- Clear direction for Set up Jurisdiction
- Enrolling & Funding Employees on the ADP Wisely Card
- Responding to a notification for a wage garnishment - the employee sent over and there was no name on the upload - there was no area for me to input and update the name of the employee. The only way for me to respond was to a note to the case.
- Invoicing & Funding - the details on the transactions can be more fully explained with the correct company code pertaining to the transaction as opposed to be under the parent company code. Explanation needs to be more detailed.
- The Wage Garnishment is a huge effect - all it takes is to upload the document, enter name, SSN and submit!
- Ease of uploading Tax notices for the ADP team to handle is a positive. However, it should be more timely response and resolution, although it depends on the state response time, as this affects tax implications and interests accrual.
