Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance

We use Smart Compliance to upload all garnishments, child support, levies, etc. This also pulls our Wire confirmations and tax information after each payroll. Check on tax issues that ADP is working on for us.

Pros

  • It keeps us updated on what's going on with our tax issues by sending us notifications when an update is needed.
  • It Sends me the Invoices for the pay groups per pay period.
  • Able to see the tax filings done and sent to the agencies.

Cons

  • Does not close out an SR without sending us an email first.
  • It has reduced time and workload.

Great with getting our tax filings done without us having to worry about it. I feel that sometimes it takes too long to handle the ones with issues.
