Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance
We use ADP SmartCompliance for our payroll taxes. By using SmartCompliance we don't have to use the time it takes to pay taxes and fill out paperwork. They do all of the work for us. We are using this approach because it decreases errors in pay and filing our payroll taxes. They also process our W2s and send them out to our employees.
- They provide an account manager to answer any questions or help you resolve any issues you may have.
- They resolve any issues you may have with the IRS or state tax agencies.
- They have a variety of reports that helps in balancing your taxes.
- They provide webinars and seminars to help you get familiar in using the product.
- I like that they create our W2s as well which saves on postage, paper and envelopes.
- When implementing the product, I think the training can be better.
- I think the account managers should check in with you more often even though you have no issues or you been using the product for a long time.
- More help in navigating the site not just by attending seminars but actually having one-on-one instructions.

Kronos Workforce Central
It helps that they work with our payroll software Kronos to be able to create the files that need to be uploaded to ADP SmartCompliance so our taxes are paid timely.

They have been helpful in keeping us in the know about any new developments when it comes to governmental regulations by regularly sending emails to me.
