Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance
We use ADP SmartCompliance with our company for our business taxes and uploading tax agency notices and wage garnishments. We needed help with our business taxes and this seemed to be the best way to do it. We like that we can log in to ADP SmartCompliance at any time and see any tax information, what taxes have been paid, etc.

- Sometimes ADP SmartCompliance can be clunky and have issues with uploading agency notifications stating that they need reuploaded but no reason is given why.
- ADP SmartCompliance has saved our company a lot of headaches of doing all our tedious taxes ourselves.
- ADP SmartCompliance has saved our company a lot of money compared to using a different outside source.
- ADP SmartCompliance has saved our company a lot of time which also equals a lot of money.
Being able to access legislative updates helps us know ahead of time what areas we need to update and how to stay compliant with the laws in each state that we work in.
