Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance
We use ADP SmartCompliance for Taxes, Wage Garnishments, Invoicing, Funding, essentially all that ADP SmartCompliance offers. I have NO issues with the Wage Garnishment side of ADP SmartCompliance. This is easy and efficient to use. This saves me quite a bit of time in handling wage garnishments myself. The downfall I have is with uploading tax notices. I will upload tax notices that I receive via email and these are constantly denied saying they are not tax notices because I received it via email. ADP needs to correct this and allow electronic correspondence to be uploaded as we are trying to go paperless in our organization.

I like receiving updates on all legislative notices. This helps keep down on emails coming in from all the states we have businesses in and helps keep track of payroll law updates.
Keeping all data in one place is very beneficial. I like knowing I can go to one place and find everything I need.
