Smart Compliance is great.

We use SmartCompliance to manage our garnishments, credit invoices, refunded payments, and tax setups. We really love this feature as it gives us a singular location to go to view on credit invoices for our garnishment, all garnishment details, and where they are in the process, and also allows us to see the documents processed, as well as any additional paperwork. This solves a huge problem for us, as prior to this, tracking garnishments was a nightmare. We had paper copies everywhere with all the documents bundled together for all the communications, and no easy, quick way to view a document. We are also able to look up the payments made towards a garnishment quickly and efficiently. It has really helped us organize our entire garnishment process and track the return of funds.

I don't believe we have viewed much legislative information in SmartCompliance.

Having all of our needed data in one spot is a huge advantage. It saves time, effort and makes everything easily visible.
