Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance

We primarily use SmartCompliance for WOTC and Taxes. While I was not here when this was implemented, I can say that we continue to keep it because it's simple. The UI is user-friendly and straightforward. ADP is a trusted partner, and we can trust that from a compliance perspective, we are taking care of.

  • Document storage
  • User friendly
  • easy to retrieve what you need

Cons

  • it would be nice to be able to click to get to Smart Compliance from the ADP landing page
  • reduce compliance risk
  • save time

Automation keeps us from having to manually update or perform these tasks on our own.
