Overall Satisfaction with ADP TotalSource

We use ADP TotalSource for payroll as well as HR and benefits. We also use ADP TotalSource people to advise us on policies and procedures for both HR and safety
  • Safety consulting
  • Processing payroll on time
  • I feel that there is a complete lack of follow-through on problems. Problems get lost in their bureaucracy, and sometimes no one takes accountability.
  • I believe it has very poor user help function
  • In my experience, it has extremely poor reporting
  • Negative impact in terms of employee satisfaction
  • Modest cost savings on workers compensation and employment practices liability insurance

ADP TotalSource will provide expertise in some situations that aren't readily available to a small company. I believe, offsetting that benefit is the lack of accountability and follow-through when dealing with problems.
