Overall Satisfaction with ADP TotalSource

Leveraging the purchasing power of ADP, we were able to create a strong benefits offering for our employees. ADP Workforce Now also serves as an HRIS for us. We use it across our organization (100 employees), for the entire lifecycle of an employee. While the benefits package has served us well, in my experience, the customer service function is so poor that I wish we never partnered with them as a PEO.
  • Benefits value
  • Global Solution
  • Workforce Now as a software is very poor. I think it looks and feels like a platform created 15 years ago
  • In my experience, customer service is awful
  • In my experience, Workforce Now somehow manages to break itself frequently. I discover bugs on a weekly basis.
  • In my opinion, the promises the sales team make during the sale cycle is a smoke screen.
  • Onboarding is slightly more efficient
Let's just say ADP TotalSource's sales team is top-notch. They make promises that are, in my experience, just not kept in any shape or form. I would highly recommend Rippling if you are looking for easy to use, modern tech.

No

Did implementation of ADP TotalSource go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy ADP TotalSource again?

No

I was warned about ADP’s terrible customer service record beforehand but I was assured throughout the process that it was not an issue. In my experience, it's worse than any other organization I have interacted with, professionally and personally. I can't recommend them as a PEO to anyone for this reason. Technology-wise, in my opinion, they are just too far behind that even if their service function improved, there are too many competitors out there with current technology.
