Overall Satisfaction with ADP Vantage HCM

Our company uses Vantage for all HR related functions including recruiting, training and development, succession planning, benefits, payroll, etc.
  • Easy to navigate
  • Looks good
  • Limited audit abilities
  • Reporting can be difficult at times
  • Random latency issues seemingly monthly
  • Vantage was implemented as we merged two companies together and had a rocky start. After a few years we're at a point where we're comfortable with it.
I think ADP offers a better product for self-service associates, whereas UltiPro was much more user-friendly for the support team.
I think Vantage offers a great full package that can be easily utilized by companies under 5,000 associates. Once you get to a larger size it can be a bit hectic.
