Cons
- Missing functionality across their ADP Vantage platform. It has a lot of room for improvement especially with myADP and the Talent Management full suite. Not very customizable for our organization.
- Releases tend to create new problems which cause some of our staff to not be able to do their job.
- ADP charges for every little add-on where we are finding competitors do not.

- In some areas it has saved us time and paper but in some cases it has added additional workflow and audits to ensure compliance with the system.
- In order to streamline seemlessely you have to pay for each module unlike other competitors
Others are more affordable and don't have extra cost if adding on talent, creating a report, etc. Would be a considerable move in future if ADP continues with high cost and nickel and diming. Hard to move solutions but it comes down the the bottom line and staying within budget!
Also some compeitors have 1 system with no integration like ADP where Ben Calc runs which is a downfall.

There are pieces to the system that are not all in one such as a Benefits upload the week of payroll which should seemlessly be in the system. Also ask up front for charges for additional modules. Others didn't charge it was ALL in one and ADP is not.

Yes - Recruiting, New Hire, Reporting Structures, Leave of Absense, Termination, Time, Payroll, Data Mapping, Talent Mgmt, Benefits, Job/Compensation, Rehire, Security, Transfer, Professional Credentials, Client Defined fields, Reporting, Text & Participant communication.
Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - We relooked at the whole process from hire to term and changed some things internally to meet the needs of ADP and how the system worked.
- Performance wasn't up and running as what we were told in the Sales Meeting
- Issues with Recruitment to be able to utilize it fully with flipping applicants to hire
- Benefits weren't configured correctly from the ADP implementation

I would not recommend the self taught approach. With the dollars spent you need someone guiding your way! I feel this should be part of the overall package and not something that costs additional.

Think about how you want everything configured before you start. have a road map created so it is set up the way you want it.

Yes - We have a few things that go into future releases that ADP Support submits for us.
We have our support person Michelle dig and dig to find the root cause of our Salary Grade issue that occured two years in a row. She didn't have to go to the length she did but she was able to find an issue with ADP that configuration analysts needed to fit in a future release. if it wasn't for her compassion and drive for her job we would still have issues today no doubt!

It seems like no one at ADP knows how to integrate products between one another. Our other vendors are ready to roll for about 9 months now but at ADP it seems like this is a new concept so unsure why ADP even wants this rated online. They are NOT ready to integrate with other systems.

Yes all our vendors are very frustrated with ADP as Prevea HR & Payrolls choice and try VERY HARD to get us to move off ADP due to the unwelcoming help for integration.

Learn how to work with clients to integrate with other vendors we use. Currently we have NONE and have tried for 9 months to integrate. Very frustrating.
