Overall Satisfaction with ADP Vantage HCM

We currently use Vantage HCM across the whole organization. For the past year, we have been transitioning to a Shared Service Model where we are implementing companies from our parent company to service their Benefits, Human Resources, and Payroll needs. Because we are transitioning to this shared service model using ADP as our platform, it is saving our parent company a significant amount of money.

PeopleSoft isn't a user-friendly platform. It was difficult to learn and had issues continuously. We previously used that platform before our company was sold and we turned into a stand alone company. We looked at several systems but none compared to ADP Vantage HCM for the cost, user ease and support.
ADP Vantage HCM has amazing reporting features. You are able to build reports on the fly for specific things asked by different departments. The user-friendliness of the mobile app makes it easy to give our employees the ability to do things on their own that took a bit of time away from the back office. Payroll processing is a breeze with the tools that ADP provides.
