Overall Satisfaction with ADP Vantage HCM

We currently use ADP Vantage for our payroll, Hr, benefits, and time.
  • ADP is very user friendly.
  • Customer service is a main focus.
  • Always stays on top of updates.
  • The reporting side could be a bit challenging if you are not a little technical.
  • The requesting time off can be a bit user friendly and simpler to navigate.
  • Much better customer service.
We like the improvements to the app.
It's a very easy system to use, if set up properly it's very useful.
