Overall Satisfaction with Influitive

Pros

  • Allows organizations to identify, mobilize, and acknowledge customer advocates/champions. Especially useful for:
  • References
  • Case studies
  • Product/Services Surveys
  • Spreading company messages through Social Media

Cons

  • While customer support is excellent, documentation is poor. Influitive tends to roll out new product features without informing customers or with little/no documentation. Some aspects of software (eg creating "Challenges") are not intuitive and take time to learn
  • Ability to secure references/reference information quickly has a direct impact on Sales.
  • Ability to get Product feedback from heavy users has made a significant impact for Product Management and Engineering in determining what new features need to be introduced or prioritized.
  • AdvocateHub has made a significant difference in Ektron's goal to get closer to customers and improve customer satisfaction metrics.

I'd recommend AdvocateHub for any organization that wants to do customer advocacy marketing.
