Overall Satisfaction with AdvocateHub

Before AdvocateHub we did not have an advocacy program. It is being used by the Marketing Department to support client services and used as a tool to provide product and industry information to our product users. Our ultimate goal is to generate referrals for our sales team and retain current customers (lowering churn).
  • It is a tool to provide both product and industry updates/information to users of our product in a fun and unique manor. Creating challenges that cover all aspects of information is a great way to connect and keep users engaged.
  • It is very easy to use. Training for implementation was awesome. We had a lot of hand holding to get our hub launched. Amazing interaction with our onboarding specialist.
  • Product is very engaging to members. It is very addictive as both a user and an admin!
  • Support magicians are incredible. Answers to questions within a short amount of time and they are very knowledgeable.
  • I would like to see more availability on reporting - specifically, being able to download or view a report on responses coming from members on all challenges for a given time period.
  • More options when writing challenge copy. Limited fonts, sizes etc..
  • As admin, I would like to be able to enable email notifications when a member creates or posts on community. (Currently, the person who creates the topic receives emails when comments are posted)
  • Our initial goal was to have 20 members by the end of December (launched in November). We actually had 50! We almost tripled our goal!
  • In our third month, we increased our reference group by 400%.
  • We launched a contest (suggested by our advocacy coach) and received three referrals in less than 10 days. This has exceeded our initial goals of the program.
What is the key to keep advocates interested and returning to the hub? We are a very small company in terms of your average client. AdvocateHub's team has been great in advising and making suggestions on how to make this program work with a limited amount of invitees.
