Overall Satisfaction with Aha!

Aha! is highly utilized by our product team related to features and our roadmap. It keeps us organized and prioritized, so we're communicating effectively.

Pros

  • Building a roadmap
  • Feature request board
  • Collecting competitive intel

Cons

  • Aha! is a little expensive
  • Allowed us to prioritize and focus on time-sensitive items first
  • Easily communicate with the whole organization
  • Can be somewhat expensive, but the ROI outweighs the cost
Jira is centered around product development, whereas Aha! is centered around product management and road-mapping. Both allow for planning and tracking, but Aha! is more user-friendly.
When we signed up for Aha!, we were assigned an Aha! team members to help us with training/questions. The meeting was set weekly, and it exponentially helped with our familiarity with Aha! Support is beneficial and has a lot of experience working with product teams.

Aha! is very well suited for product teams of all sizes to build a detailed roadmap. Everything can be customized and changed as the company sees fit. It gives different levels of access that allow for certain members to make changes and others just to be able to view and stay abreast on a weekly cadence.
