Overall Satisfaction with Algolia

We utilize Algolia across many global sites to allow us to build an optimal search experience for our users. With over 80+ sites (along with different languages to accommodate), we needed a way to scale each site with similar operational and functional capabilities (Content Indexing, Search relevance, etc).

Pros

Cons

  • Can be very technical for first time users (on the platform itself)
  • increased conversion rates
Though it can be pretty technical when first interacting with the platform, the support has been great and becomes very usable after onboarding.
Our search queries have improved drastically leading to relevant results or suggestions for users, even those without exact matches.
It has integrated very well. Scalability was one of the most important features when looking at improving our search strategy as we are rolling out new website globally for over 80+ market/ websites.
It has had a large impact as we continue to build out new sites are utilizing Algolia for all sites.

From a functionality standpoint, Algolia has integrated very well on our sites and has provided a very good user experience. Search results have been quick and correct and always showing appropriate and applicable responses for products and other site searches.
