Overall Satisfaction with AlphaSense

AlphaSense has been critical in creating efficiencies in my research. I find myself exploring AlphaSense's search interface as much as Google while conducting market research. The reliability and authenticity of sources it has partnered with make it easy to find and trust the data. We also had a positive experience with expert calls on the platform. Lastly, the sales team led by Ross Thompson and the account manager Dan Stein have been extremely efficient in answering our questions and supporting our research.

Easy to use platform with high-quality research partners. Provides the right data quickly, efficiently and accurately. My only complaint is that the tool was not able to accurately read the documents I had uploaded to make them searchable. I have used Tegus, Capital IQ, and while both have their strengths, AlphaSense stands apart in market research.
Not so much. We were pretty aware, to begin with. AlphaSense helps us identify data on targeted research topics for us.
We use all products for different purposes. AlphaSense majorly for market research. Tegus for expert calls since it has a larger library. Cap IQ for public market data and Tracxn for Indian start-up eco-system data.

Not so well suited:
1. SaaS focused research
2. Scouting for early stage companies and looking for the right investment opportunities
