Overall Satisfaction with AlphaSense
Its a nice research tool. I use it to get market intelligence, competitors intelligence as well as financial data on timely basis. Its user interface is quite user friendly and customer support provide support and guidance whenever needed. Its inbuilt AI feature to search for any information we are looking for is quite useful.
- Its Advanced search capabilities is quite impressive. We can carry out complex searches in the platform
- It provides real time monitoring and alerts for news, and earning reports
- It helps in competitive intelligence. We can add companies in watch list and keep a track on them
- None as such just that when the user use it in the initial phase, the platform is little confusing but once have proper training its quite easy to use

Its very helpful. It helps us save time on research. We not don't google to get any information. First check, Alphasense and get basic insights and build on top of that with other research tools.
