Overall Satisfaction with AlphaSense
We use Alphasense to quickly decipher broker research - the main advantage is not having to download each broker report to analyze the content
- Strong database of content (company reports, broker reports, etc.)
- Strong keyword search function
- Ease of access to quickly flip through data without downloading
- More broker coverage
- Excel plug in for industry data
- Improved efficiency
- Better access to corporate materials
Alphasense is great for being able to synthesize corporate and market data alike - Alphasense improves our team's efficiency and the quality of our work
- S&P Capital IQ, Bloomberg Terminal and FactSet
We use a combination of the above.
As previously mentioned, CIQ and Bloomberg are better for market data (broker estimates, NAVPS data, etc.). The main difference is access to broker research and the excel plug in
