Overall Satisfaction with AlphaSense
We use AlphaSense for market intelligence, Historical financial data, Expert interviews, competitive intelligence. These pieces of information are critical to help us build our strategic direction and realignment when required. The AI enabled features of highlighting sentiments and the search function across various data inputs like, analyst reports, company issues documents and news all in one place make the search feature very powerful and saves us a lot of time in getting to the answers we are looking for.
- Search function across multiple sources of inputs and highlight just what was asked
- Sentiment analysis in all documents and the Smart summary saves us a huge amount of time and effort
- expert interviews, While I just subscribed to this feature. I seem to really like the quality of experts and questions
- add more source of data, like industry experts and their blog posts on trending topics
- private company info
- adding advanced search features. maybe this is available and I have not found it on the UI.
- Quick and easy comprehension of competitive actions and realignment of strategy, if required
- systematics research process
- consolidation of subscriptions and access to various reports
the tool right now is a pull of information, when I am looking for it. The email notifications haven't been something I have configured as I do not what to clutter my inbox. But it would be helpful to have most important and relevant news or reports be notified to me as soon as its published/announced
