Overall Satisfaction with AlphaSense
I use it mainly for competitive intelligence, keeping up with how our competitors are viewed by analysts, and developing market comps. I use the transcribed earnings calls and accompanying broker research to maintain our own internal assessments of our competitors. Most of this information is available elsewhere, but AlphaSense brings it all together into one searchable database.

- Mainly efficiency.
I could get most of the same info from other sources, but it's since to bring it all together in one place.
I have used GlobalData before. It has better info on drug pipelines but didn't have as much broker research and was much more expensive.

There was a document that wasn't displaying correctly and they fixed in within an hour.
