Overall Satisfaction with Any.do

Any.do was used mainly for Task Management, specifically within the Marketing team because of it's great mobile application. The marketing used it because they were external facing i.e. they had to call customers as well as email customers.

Any.do was used mainly to when and by what medium to reach out to customers, even sending customers greetings like Christmas etc.

Pros

  • Reminders
  • Sync between mobile and desktop app
  • Great mobile application

Cons

  • Better use of AI, fetching information from emails etc.
  • Summary view of the day
  • Additional feature of time tracking would be great
  • Maximum no. of tasks created was 227 out of which Any.do I closed 134, without reminder from Any.do, that number would have be less than 80
  • The monthly cost is very high compared to other apps, $9.99 per month
It is very very intuitive, I have been using the app since it was launched, started using it as a personal reminder, and then also recommended within the organization. The experience is very similar to writing on a pad and then when complete crossing it off. I love it's user experience.
Any.do is very easy to use, other application has similar experience, Asana has much more features that Any.do but it is meant for project management where as Any.do is the perfect reminder application. Other apps like Apple reminders, to do list also do the same but their user experience is not at great and Any.do always has something extra to offer.

It's a no-brainer to do an application that can be used across multiple users, since there is a lot of integration it's mainly useful for roles that are external facing like the marketing team who need to use numerous other apps to communicate. Additionally the collaboration feature can be used within the team.

Yes - It is awesome, it is the closes application that provider a digital paper-pen reminder experience. Additionally it integrates with a lot of application which I can invoke within the app which makes it my go-to application for any reminders.
