Pros
- Nice Saas interface
- Nice dashboards
- Good integrations with other tools
Cons
- Apica Zebra tester is not intuitive or easy to use.
- Apica Synthetic buttons are not always obvious or easy to intuit their purpose.
- Positive impact overall in terms of price and functionality
- Good health check monitoring
- Good SLA tracking
I have used Microfocus loadrunner (formerly HP Vugen/BSM), Dynatrace Synthetic, and Gomez. Apica Synthetic has a good price point for its functionality. Dynatrace and Microfocus are expensive. Dynatrace and Gomez are easier to use than Apica Synthetic.
