Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

We needed an easy outbounding platform and were a bit too small for the big guys. Apollo fit our needs for the short term and was easy to get started with.

Pros

  • Email sequencing
  • data management
  • data enrichment

Cons

  • Support is awful (just awful, you're on your own!)
  • UI is hard to understand at first
  • Sync issues are hard to debug
  • more email replies
  • more meetings
makes it easier to get tasksdone
Automating AI calls to enrich accounts
Could have cleaner UI
  • Outreach
Outreach is more reliable for sure but also more expensive
