Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

We have been using Apollo.io since 3 years now .Biggest problem that Apollo.io is solving is identifying right verticals and industries for account mapping .Even we get email ids of customers for sending them cold emails .Apollo.io has been grewt tool for propecting and identifying leads .We have seen sucess and our meeting counts got increased post integrating Apollo.io with Linkedin

Pros

  • Identifying accounts
  • Getting professional email ids
  • enrichment of the old contact which is automated
  • Email campaigns can be scheduled automateically on the list

Cons

  • Get more accuracy on email ids
  • Better UI for searches
  • We have seen our meeting count got increased to 3X
  • we spend more time in validation rather searching mobile and email id of customer
  • Closed almost 400k ARR in Fy 2025-26
Since we have intermgreted the patform with Linkedin all the enrichment ,leads and outreach is dobe with the same extension itselfthus it saves a [...] lot of time.
As a ROI our followup and emails outreach are now automatically scheduled through Apollo.io. Now we have less resources for data mapping and porspecting and higher ROI.
The kind of ROI we have seen in past 3 years in terms of meeting fixed and ration of merting to conversion has also gone up
