Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

I use Apollo.io to generate lead list for my organization. So I get the lead lists based on industry specific and also I get the contact details of any company individual which help my organization in conducting outbound outreach efforts which eventually helps to get more and more Business.

Cons

  • If the employee data is updated timely would be appreciated
  • Industries can be more specific as the already mentioned industries are generalized
  • Definitely increased outbound volume
  • Inbound inquiries started to increase
  • Visible rate of increase in booking of meetings happened
As I mentioned in my previous tab as well that it definitely created a huge impact to my organization. We have learnt a lot about the industries to target and also got a sense of the customer in particular industries to target upon. In the start we have used the free version only to understand the structure and offerings of the system.
The database is really good. The UI is very easy hence giving this rating. And also the uploading and downloading of data is very optimized.

I will give you my experience with Apollo.io which helped me alot in the organization. So I joined a start up company which did not had any data to connect to and gather their requirements or would say I pulled the entire database for the marketing team from Apollo.io for their outbound effort which eventually increased our traction and also increased our views.
