Overall Satisfaction with Apple Pay

We use Apple Pay within our organization at our point of sale systems. Our use case has been for 2 POS systems in a retail environment. Having the Apple Pay payment option provides a secure handsfree payment alternative for our customers to use rather than a traditional credit or debit card transaction.

Apple Pay and Google Pay are very similar function-wise but vary significantly in design. We chose Apple Pay for its improved security over physical card transactions. Apple pay also provides a much simpler user interface for the customer when processing a transaction, unlike the Google Pay online shopping hub user interface.

Google Pay (formerly Google Wallet), Venmo for Business, PayPal Zettle (formerly PayPal Here)
Apple Pay is well suited for a modern physical retail environment with point of sale systems in place for easy customer access, online shopping websites, and places with security issues such as a gas pump. The system may not be as useful in traditional environments such as a restaurant, where a POS system isn't as easily accessible to the customer.
