Overall Satisfaction with AppRiver

I use AppRiver for my customers' Office 365 licenses.
  • Tech support quality.
  • Tech support speed (Talking to a person within 1-2 minutes).
  • If support is outside their scope they will send a link to helpful info or point you to the right direction.
  • Easier management of customers licenses.
  • High quality tech support means quicker response to changes/problems.
  • The quarterly commission check is a nice little bonus (It's less than 1% of my services revenue).
They are the best I have ever experienced in my 28 years in IT. Quick to a person and they are all knowledgeable. Even the weekend or late night techs know their stuff.
I used to love Rackspace but they have dropped. I still have some customers using their hosting but I'm slowly bringing them over to AppRiver.
All of my customers are very small (1 user - 35 users) so that's my only reference. In that situation, it works well.
