Yes - The mobile app is good for keeping up to date when away from your desk, but has many limitations that prevent serious work or updates taking place, which means I often need to wait to do something until I get to my laptop. This can lead to delays and dropping the ball on some work items.

When we needed to test some changes before enabling the Servicedesk function, the support team jumped on-board and provisioned an entirely separate staging environment for us in another account until the project was completed and we no longer needed it. Super helpful!
