Overall Satisfaction with Apptio Targetprocess
It is utilized to capture work and measure output for our Agile teams across the organization. We reference the program to ensure the divisional partners are receiving what they need while balancing the delivery of their requests. It is reviewed during our daily huddle meetings, our Agile meetings and our working sessions to properly schedule and commit to work.

- Accounting for PTO when looking at velocity and team availability.
- I am still very new to the system and have many restrictions preventing me from moving freely throughout the system.
- Personalizition capabilities at every user-level.
- Increased levels of cross-team transparency
We are in-process of adjusting to an Agile process, using Targetprocess as our tool of choice. While it has been helpful in managing the flow of work, we have a long road of development for the tool.
