Overall Satisfaction with Apricot by Social Solutions
Here at The SAFE Alliance, we use it across the whole organization. We use it to collect data and stay updated with the services we provide to our clients.
- Apricot allows us track data that we use in order to obtain grants for our non-profit organization.
- Apricot helps us keep track of the specific services we provide for each client.
- Apricot is very user-friendly and easy to navigate.
- I've noticed that creating relationships (linking one client to another) is not as easy as it could be. Seems a bit confusing and I always have to go back to my Apricot user guide for reference.
I think Apricot is definitely beneficial in helping our organization have an idea of who we serve and what kind of services we're providing. It gives an idea of where we're being successful and areas that we could improve on.
The data that Apricot provides is important information used for our grants and donors to be aware of.
