Apricot by Social Solutions

We use Apricot by Social Solutions in our organization to assist us in Case Management services. We use it to primarily track our case management data to provide comprehensive and useful reports to organizations that provide us with contracts in order to justify our existence and provide them with in depth data analysis.

Absolutely! Reporting through Apricot has allowed us to scale program delivery for our various client. Using Apricot's in-depth reporting, we have been able to justify scaling our program up and down to meet the demands of our clients.

In the same way as Apricot has allowed us to scale our program delivery, it has assisted us in securing additional funding and more diversified funding streams. Through reports on our activities and our clients, we have been able to justify additional funding from our existing clients when scaling up our delivery. We have also been able to secure additional contracts through demonstrating our functionality through hard data provided through reports.
