Overall Satisfaction with Apricot by Social Solutions
Apricot solutions has been able to provide a database that each of my staff are able to access with no problem. This software is used by most of the programs that have CDCR Participants.
- All of our participants are in the database, and we are able to access their file with no problems.
- Very easy to use and manage users.
- There is a step by step manual that was provided, in order to help with any difficulties that we come across.
- We do not have any cons at the moment.
- Although this software is user friendly, at times it makes it difficult to generate reports. It seems that when we print the window that generates the reports take too long to open.
- ROI are crucial to our programs, the way they are generated now, it is perfect. It would be nice to be able to have two multiple ROIs open due to some participants being in two different programs at once.
- We are able to access the software easily. It is great that we are able to see all current program participants that are enrolled in one window.
We have achieved greater and faster results while using this program. Our files are easier to understand and have given more clarity to my staff.
Apricot Solutions has helped us focus more on looking for participants and accessing their files in a faster and organized manner.
We selected Apricot because our agency needed to have more electronic files.
