Overall Satisfaction with Aprimo

Integration wasn't a priority for us up front, however there are certain aspects of the integration process that felt more cumbersome from a discovery process.
Aprimo was implemented to track, manage, and distribute graphic elements and other marketing related assets to the creative team and firm administrative team. It addressed several problems in workflow, controlled availability of assets at security levels, and searchability of assets in a library format. Our use case scope included a primary rollout of a marketing team followed but a more broader rollout to the firm staff.
