Overall Satisfaction with Aprimo

We are using Aprimo’s flexible integrations with both
Sitecore and Brightcove, to share and synch image and video assets via our website.
ALE’s marketing focus is driving growth and meeting targets
for the pipeline, across the 30 countries we operate in. Aprimo’s SaaS DAM is
central to managing all of our marketing content and approvals, including
sharing ‘campaign in a box’ collateral with partners and providing a library to
support our sales team.

  • Flexible integrations with other applications e.g. Sitecore, Brightcove
  • Backed by helpful and knowledgeable support team.


  • Aprimo’s system is so flexible and configurable that it really requires the optional ‘Concierge’ service to extract the best from the implementation.
  • Reduce time on Asset management details such as categorization and profiles of people who can see or not specific contents
  • Allows perfect synch between Aset management and web display (Sitecore connector)
  • ALE is a long-term customer of Aprimo, starting with an on-prem installation and latterly moving to the SaaS solution, for easier maintenance and continual product upgrades.
  • Aprimo has been able to consistently accelerate the approvals process, meaning we get assets into our markets more quickly. ALE is able to share and reuse assets across our global markets, significantly reducing costs.

Aprimo is well suited to an organization like ALE with very
specific requirements around the management of marketing content. I would
expect it to be less relevant to smaller businesses that just need a
lightweight solution and don’t have the internal resource to maintain a
sophisticated DAM.

Aprimo Support

Support is support, so mainly reactive when it is about product inside and common issues.
But when it is about specific enhancements and business concerns related to our own configuration and settings, we surely feel a gap. and this is why concierge is a must have solution when facing Aprimo support

Support doesn't seem to care
We didn't, surely because we are facing a support that will be not know our own configuration and settings, and we have a lot of customize settings that always required experiences on our day to day business, and the way we are using the DAM.
Yes - Sometimes yes, the support was really quick and effective.
But when it is related to particular settings dedicated to our environment, we always have to escalate and reach concierge or specific professional support team.
So far we always get solutions for our issues thanks to the product team who is considering ALE as a reference customer.
Of course, Aprimo has been present for the design and conception of our solution, but also after when we had to migrate from on premises to SAAS. of course with some costs for ALE, but always with a lot of professionalism and consistency. Today we are using concierge as a service that is clearly making the difference when we are trying to improve of DAM end user life.
