We use APS Payroll for payroll and HR management, benefits, recruiting and onboarding.
Pros

- Simple, but powerful
Cons
- Some custom reporting is difficult
- When you hire a candidate some of the documents like the resume and offer letter do not move into the employee record.
- Recruiting and onboarding modules
- Easy payroll
- Good customer service
- You get a dedicated service team
- ROI is great
- Cost half of Paylocity
APS is much easier to use; it's laid out better you have access to all of the employee data without having to switch screens.
