Overall Satisfaction with APS

We use APS Payroll for payroll and HR management, benefits, recruiting and onboarding.

  • Simple, but powerful
  • Some custom reporting is difficult
  • When you hire a candidate some of the documents like the resume and offer letter do not move into the employee record.
  • Recruiting and onboarding modules
  • Easy payroll
  • Good customer service
  • You get a dedicated service team
APS is much easier to use; it's laid out better you have access to all of the employee data without having to switch screens.

The software is easier to use than Paylocity, ADP, or Paychex. The payroll is very quick to do. Onboarding is super simple as well.
