APS On-Line is a powerful yet simple timekeeping and HR Software that is customizable to add detail to everything from Certifications to very specific Reporting Functionality. The platform is built in such a way that you don't have to be a programmer to quickly learn the process to acquire the desired data. The staff is exceptional pleasant to work with and quickly answers questions and works to resolve technical and programming issues. I highly recommend APS On-Line as a solution to your Time-Keeping and Payroll needs.

APS OnLine is used by the entire University Health System including 2 hospitals and the system-level staff. APS OnLine is a timekeeping and payroll solution for small and mid-sized businesses that presents an easy-to-understand platform and a support staff available to address any technical issues quickly and to the satisfaction of the end-user.

Powerful reporting options to quickly create and retain reports that can be modified by time periods, departments, positions
Allows picture imports to be able to put a face with a name
Updates regularly correcting minor bugs along the way.
Friendly support staff

System can get bogged down when a lot of users are reviewing/correcting payroll hours, such as "Critical Monday", the day managers go in and review/approve times from the previous 2 week period.
I try to use on my Iphone 6 and IPad from home and am unable to run reports from those devices. I can see data in it's raw form but when you try to drill down, the device will not process the commands.

I would think that a large company might struggle with the system bog, although it very well could be our servers not pushing the data quick enough. For small and medium-sized business, it is a nearly perfect, easy to learn/use timekeeping and payroll solution. Highly recommend a demo to see for yourself.
