Overall Satisfaction with APS

We are using the payroll function and the HR function. We are using it across the entire organization and APS OnLine has allowed us to own our data better. It has been a very useful tool for our operations, payroll, and administrative staff.
  • The report function has become a critical tool in our daily life. APS Online has really created a user friendly system to run reports and create reports.
  • Customer Service -- every connection with APS Online has been great! We use the chat feature, submitted tasks, and contacted our manager. They are quick at resolving our issues and are so warm.
  • New Hire wizard -- makes hiring a breeze!
  • I wish the employee search bar was always open at top so I didn't have to go into the employee consul to search for an employee.
  • As much as I love the report manager, I wish the report builder would allow me to have access to ALL of my information to write a report. As it stands with the 5 main topics, I may have to run two reports to get the information that I need.
  • ACA reporting is helpful but I wish the FTE report would downloadable as a CSV or Excel file.
  • We are about to start offering benefits and APS OnLine has made the transition so much easier--I feel they understand my needs and have thought through how to help us be compliant.
  • ADP
The boutique feeling and the great customer service are worth its weight in gold! APS OnLine is also financially a great decision. All around, a perfect way for our size of company to go. We haven't looked back since!
I would make sure to be very clear about what past history information you needed imported.

I have been thrilled with the Customer Service. I am giving the attention that gives me the confidence that I have a team behind me that wants me to succeed. I love the boutique feeling with APS. I feel like I've joined an exclusive club. We as an organization haven't looked back!

Yes - A local payroll provider. They didn't have the capacity to get us where we needed--APS OnLine does.

Nothing! We loved calling the current users and getting their perspective. It was an easy sell!

APS Implementation

APS OnLine is quick and thorough. They won't let you down.
Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - Be patient. Things don't appear over night. APS OnLine was great at holding our hand the whole way through.
  • Past pay information--it was cumbersome for the implementation team but they were rock stars getting it done!

No - It isn't needed with APS Online -- they treat us like we are their most important customer.
We had an issue where some dates were showing up incorrectly and we contacted our manager and she had a whole team fixing the problem. It was remedied overnight!
