Overall Satisfaction with ARInsights ARchitect
ARinsights ARchitect is used by the analyst relations department primarily, although at times, we have opened it up to the PR team, for use with event planning.
Pros
- Manages the history of interactions
- Compiles the latest information on the analyst community and individual analysts
- Enables sharing of information across departments for more effective communications
Cons
- The social media capture tool doesn't filter for irrelevant content
- This is difficult to say, but a higher ROI would be demonstrated when there's more overlap in analyst foci, i.e. when more than one analyst relations manager deals with the same analyst
